How do I make my flowers last?

Caring for fresh flowers

  • Fill the vase with room temperate water
  • Add the flower food sachet as provided
  • Remove the protective wrap keeping the flowers tied as arranged
  • Cut approx. 2cm from the bottom of the stems on a sharp angle
  • Remove any excess leaves that will sit in the water.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, heaters and air conditioners and fans.
  • In 3 days’ time re-cut the stems and change the water 


Can I send a card and personalised message with my order?

     .  Absolutely, we can include a complimentary gift card, or you can purchase a large gift card with your purchase


Can I order flowers in advance? 

    . Yes, no problem with you ordering in advance.


What days do you deliver?

 . We deliver Monday to Saturday and Sundays on special occasions e.g. Mothers Day.


I am  looking for something a little different but can’t seem to find it on our website? 

If you wish to customise your order, give our friendly florists on 1300 30 30 31 a call they will be more than happy to guide you with what is in season and design a beautiful bouquet/arrangement to suit your   preferences and budget.

 

   Will my flowers look exactly as pictured?

.   We work with Mother Nature on a daily basis. Our florists aim to include as many tight buds as possible (such as lilies, sunflowers and tulips) to ensure maximum longevity. Often our pictured bouquet is an indication of what your gift       will look like as the blooms open. If you require an arrangement with lots of open blooms (e.g. for a presentation on the day), please get in touch with our friendly florists or note in our Special Delivery Instruction box.

 On the occasion when a specific flower or foliage is not available on the day of your delivery, our designers will substitute with something equally gorgeous, to the same or greater value. We always strive to ensure your gift still has the   same look and feel. If you are ordering an arrangement for a very specific flower and wish to ensure it will be available, please contact us on 1300 30 30 31.


   Can I pick up from your store?

 . Yes, and you can nominate pickup AM or PM online, our address is 3 Avon Rd, NORTH RYDE
